By using DealSwiper you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• Usernames must be 3–30 characters of letters, numbers, or underscores.

Posting deals and comments

• You confirm the content is lawful, truthful to the best of your knowledge, and doesn't violate someone else's rights.
• Don't post spam, adult content, hate speech, self-harm content, illegal goods, or anything that would be illegal in the UK.
• Don't misrepresent yourself, harass others, or vote-manipulate.
• We can remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion, especially in response to verified reports.

Deals link to third parties

DealSwiper is a community that shares links to retailer pages. We are not the seller. Any purchase you make is between you and the retailer, governed by their terms and consumer-protection law.

Limitation of liability

DealSwiper is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site, or for inaccurate pricing, stock availability, or delivery at the retailers we link to.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
